“This is a great villa for holiday. Very convenient location in Sanur. Supermarket is 5 min walk, beach is 25 min walk or 5 min by moped. The place was very clean and decorative. We had everything in the kitchen for cooking. Komang and Fernando were very hospitable and helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Great pool, great decor” 29 December 2017
“Everything you could want”
Really enjoyed my stay at Sanur Oasis. Its super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, quiet, friendly neighborhood but close enough to all the "action" - bars, restaurants, beach, grocery, laundry - to be extremely convenient. I really liked the hacienda style with the cool AC bedrooms and the open living room - kitchen area facing the beautiful pool. The kitchen was fully equipped so if you do want to cook you can. You can keep the front door closed for extreme privacy, or leave it open and meet the friendly neighbors. Fernando keeps the place immaculate and can help arrange for transportation and activities. “A wonderful villa.”
My family were delighted to stay in the oasis villa for one week. The villa had two separate air conditioned bedrooms with very comfortable beds and large en suite bathrooms. There was a small kitchen with living room facing onto a lovely pool. The villa was cleaned every day. Fernando answered any of our queries within 24 hours. We booked one of his drivers to pick us up from the airport and this was a brilliant move. The driver lived next door and was a very friendly and helpful he guy. Fir a reasonable rate, he drove us every day to interesting temples and restaurants which was part of his 'programme'. Excellent wifi which kept our teenage daughters happy . 2 August 2017
“Beyond expectation...”
This is our first time to stay in vacation home rental. Usually we stay in hotel. My family really enjoyed our vacation in oasis sanur. The house is very beautiful with great pool. The bathroom is fantastic , the size it self is big as the bedroom. It feels like home and fernando is very helpful and great guy. Very highly recomended. Thanks again for everything Fernando. I look forward to see u in the future 20 July 2017
“Would have loved to stay longer”
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here especially playing in the pool. The bedrooms when closed with the a/c on cool very quickly. Fernando was also very helpful helping organise an airport pick up and so we continued to use the same driver over the next few days. 29 June 2017

“We loved our stay at the Villa. It was exactly as how it looked in the pictures, beautiful and relaxing. Fernando is the best host you could ask for providing and information about literally everything in Bali and replying within minutes eager to hell you with your inquiries. The staff were lovely and one of them even went down to the local mini market for us without wanting anything in return. The villa has basically everything you could as for your holiday - Wifi, a telephone to call anywhere jn Bali, 2 giant Baths, a refreshing pool, a nice kitchen and location a quick drive by taxi to the beach. Overall a 5 start experience! my only gripe is the chickens and roosters next door which tend to go off quite frequently but Fernando has even provided earplugs for that matter. “It feels like home”
It was my first time ever, having a short holiday and stay in villa instead in a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there. As I said, it felt like home. The location is quite, very strategic. Near the main street (by pass Ngurah Rai), you can find good food around, mini markets, and hearing no noise. Fernando handles this villa in a major way. Friendly and available, made my short holiday even more perfect. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you. Hopefully I can come back to stay there for a longer holiday. Ti voglio bene, Fernando 17 Nov 2016

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Oasis Villa, it was great! The villa was fresh and clean with nice beds and bathrooms. The outdoor lounge is perfect for chilling out and the pool area gets a lot of sun which is great. Fernando was extremely accommodating and quick to communicate with. He ensured that we had everything we needed both before and during our stay and moreover helped us organise taxis to the airport. “Had a wonderful stay at Oasis Sanur."
“Had a wonderful stay at Oasis Sanur. We were greeted by Mark (the owner) and Fernando (Manager), what lovely people. They shared all their local knowledge with us & made us feel welcome to their fully furnished home. The house was exactly as described in their posting, well maintained & clean. The kitchen well stocked with the basics to cooking oil, groceries, cereals etc & new cooking stove. The bathroom was amazing with its huge bath tub & outdoor shower. We enjoyed the pool jumping in at every opportunity for total relaxation. Mark, we lived your dream. The neighbour were very friendly people who turned lights on for our night return to the villa. Our driver Made was always obliging in driving us around. Met his family who welcomed us to their home for a celebration meal. The neighbours dogs became our welcoming party each time we returned to the villa & was comfortable around us. Komang, the caretaker & cleaner was a friendly chap who was quiet & carried out his work quietly in the background. Cons - the chooks waking us up at 4:30 am each morning. Understandable this is part of the Balinese culture.” 5 June 2016
“WONDERFUL”
If you want to find a villa in Sanur, a very nice and quiet small city by the sea, and live like in a dream, do not hesitate to rent this villa. We stayed 11 days in the villa of Marc and Fernando with our son. This villa is located in a very quiet alley very close to a laundry (50 metres) supermarket (5 min by walk). When you open the external door, you immediately know that you will pass wonderful holidays. The garden is very beautiful. the swimming pool is perfect. You will have a spacious area for kitchen/dining and living rooms with view on the garden and pool and two spacious bedrooms with fantastic bathrooms. When Marc and Fernando say you are like at home, it s true, nothing is missing. If you have any problem concerning the villa, just give a call to Fernando and the problem is fixed in the day. Thank you very much to Made and his wonderful family (neighbours) which can organise your trips and drive you with a new minibus to discover the beautiful island of Bali. We hope to come back soon in this villa for others wonderful holidays. Thank you very much Marc and Fernando for your kindness, we will never forget you. 6 May 2016
“It's got everything needed for a peaceful retreat”
We loved the SanurOasis! It is private and comfortable. Also, it's walking distance to things you might need for your Bali vacation: laundry services, cold drinks, or good indonesian food at the warung. We found that the venue was so comfortable and romantic that we had our dinners brought in. Why would you want to leave? We enjoyed plunging in the pool, reading a book in the comfortable common area, and just plain relaxing! 11 April 2016

“Replete Guest”
“Now that the holidays have finished I wanted to write another review about this truly wonderful property. Two years ago I decided to look into renting a private home on Bali instead of staying in a tourist hotel. We both love Bali, but felt we were not really seeing the “real Bali” from out hotel. Booking a villa would give our family the chance to experience more of the island we all loved so much. I saw this villa on line, looked at the photos and booked our two week stay. Our first impression was more than we could ever imagined. This is a truly stunning property and a great deal besides November was our second visit and we are just as pleased. The owners have remodeled the kitchen and added some other nice features. My wife and I felt as if we were on our second honeymoon. The layout of the villa allows plenty of space for our family to play and relax. The living room is magical at night and looks in the direction of the sunset every night. The neighborhood delivers the real Bali experience and everyone on the little street is friendly and welcoming. In fact the neighbors brought our family a lunch they had prepared just for us as if we were part of their family! This is a well managed and well maintained property’ with an excellent staff and great service. Just ring Fernando and things are handled. It was an encredible chance to be a part of this wonderful culture. Thanks to all that made our holiday unforgettable. We will be back again and again.” 21 January 2016

“On se sent chez soi au bout de 24h: villa spacieuse (jusqu’à 5 p) , bien conçue bien équipée, un service attentionné, efficace et discret, des magasins pas loin. Une piscine à laquelle on prend vite goût!… Seul “défaut”, le centre ville est à 20mn à pied et il fait chaud. “I had the joy of spending one month at the Sanur Oasis Villa this past summer. Bali itself is out of a dream, full of color and beauty. The villa was the perfect ‘oasis’ and resting place to have as a home base. The minute I walked through I gate, I knew I was in for a month of true relaxation. It was in a great location as it was close enough to the action, but yet in a quiet, local residential neighborhood. I saw a true glimpse of Balinese culture, just on the street of the villa…and it was beautiful! Mark and Fernando were so helpful and I felt welcomed and well cared for. “What you see on the photos is what you get. The villa was beautiful with 2 large bedrooms one on each side of the pool. Both rooms had a full size bathroom with rain shower and large bathtub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a cook would need. The villa is located away from the busy main road of Sanur but only a short drive to shops and beach. Made, the driver lives next door with his family and he took us wherever we wanted to go for a reasonable price. The family was very friendly and welcoming. The owners Fernando and Marc were only a phone call away and very friendly. As our flight back home left late at night we could stay at the villa until leaving for the airport at no extra cost. “Situated in the best part of Sanur with plenty of options to eat locally and experience Balinese life Villa Oasis was an experience i was glad to be part of.Marc and Fernando were unbelievable with their communication and showed that they cared about their customer to a point that i got to meet them and this topped of the experience with a feeling that i would return and stay again.Nothing was to much trouble and the overall feeling of the Villa was one of serenity and relaxation with a large pool ,homely vibe and great facilities to unwind in.I highly recommend this place as it is great value and the service is second to none.

“A place you want to come back to”
“We stayed there for four nights which seemed like enough when we were planning the trip, but in reality it was way too short. In four days we stayed in Sanur, we got to live and dine with the wonderful owners, see neighbours and their puppy and many other nice dogs, go to Ubud and so on. My g/f had tears in her eyes when we sat in the car taking us back to airport. Our hosts gave us all the info needed and were willing to arranged everything we would want to do. Transport to and from airport was driven by a friendly neighbour and on time to both directions. There was also cold water and cold towels waiting us when we arrived to the airport. It’s the little touches that make all the difference! We had the privilege to stay there when the owners were staying in another room in the house, but I’m confident that everything would be as good when they aren’t around. The property is very clean and well kept and they also asked if there would be some way to improve it, but we couldn’t think of anything. If you like to walk you can get to beach by walking(15-25min) or it’s a short taxi ride away so the location is great! Only one recommendation if you are a light sleeper and don’t like to wake up to roosters screaming in the morning, take a pair of ear plugs with you. 🙂 Bali people seem to love their roosters. We will definitely go back if we can!” 1 July 2015
“Home away from home”
“Me and my husband stayed at this villa for 3 days. It looks exactly how you see it in the pictures. We were staying in the room with one large bed which had a typical balinese ceiling made out of wood. The bathroom has a bath tub, walk in wardrobe and a rain shower. The pool is a good size, although we couldn’t get much time to enjoy the pool. Mark and Fernando have provided quite a collection of books to read from. The kitchen is fully equipped too. This villa gives you cozy homely feeling because of Mark and Fernando, also because it’s in the middle of a balinese residential area. In fact the driver Made, stays right next door who is very reasonable and sweet if you want a quick ride to Sanur beach and shopping area which is just a few minutes by car. Made and his family are also very hospitable. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa for short and long stay. We would love to stay in this villa on our next visit.” May 2015

“Beautiful Villa with personal and dedicated service”
“Acommodation wise this villa is perfect, I find it hard to fault it. The kitchen and living room are convenient, everything you need is there. The bedrooms are well equipped (AC, fans, …) and beautifully decorated. As are the bath rooms with great rain shower, towels, etc. Just look at the pictures, they show what you get.
Pool area was also nice: lovely flowers and plants, chairs,…
The area itself is also great, in the middle of real Balinese families. If you want to get to know the locals, stay here, and just step outside and talk to the neighbors. We got to know them pretty well, and after I had presented them with some Belgian chocolates, which I brought from home, I didn’t take 5 minutes before they came back over to bless the house with an offering to the house temple.
Daily service is provided by a nice Balinese do-it-all kind of guy named Komang. He cleaned the rooms, made the beds, did the diches, provided new (soft) towels for the bathroom and the pool, … and just checked in with us to hear whether he could help us with anything. As did the owner and his associate, both took the time to contact us to hear whether anything was missing, or needed. Talk about dedication!
Although it’s not on the beach in the middle of the tourist action, the beach and main street with all the restaurants in Sanur are just a couple of minutes away per taxi (easy to find legitimate ones in Sanur). So getting around was certainly not an issue, with our 2 young kids.” May 2015

“Relaxing Bali Stay”
“We had two weeks at this beautiful villa in April and our family could not have wished for anything better. The accommodation was exactly as you see in the photos and had everything we needed, even towels for the pool. The location is a short drive from the beach and the main part of Sanur, but there is a supermarket five minutes walk away and plenty of places to eat nearby, if you don’t want go too far. “In July we spent a wonderful week in the villa. The place is cosy and calm in a rural neighborhood area. Everything was pretty much as per description, we found a well maintained, beautiful relax oasis and will be back for sure! Fernando is very caring and a help in case you might need help, also he arranged a local driver, who picked us up the airport and whom we joined for a couple of tours over the island and who turned out to be a very very nice, warm and caring person – we can only recommend his services, ask Fernando for the guy! “Wonderful retreat in sanur”
“Very accurate to the photos and description. Located in a quiet area off the main road, away from the usual noise and craziness of Bali, but close to a local market, the main beach and some great restaurants. May be hard to find the first time. The pool was a welcoming fabulous first impression. Our bedroom was large, bright and air conditioned. The bathroom had both tub and shower- very nice and clean. We used the kitchen a few times, but good restaurants were very close and inexpensive. The living area was relaxing and the nights were so peaceful. The villa is clean and serviced weekly. Cable tv and internet worked ok. Btw, very friendly neighbors and dogs. Would stay again here.” 3 August 2014

“The villa is in a quiet and peaceful tranquility. The photos provided pretty much describe the actual villa. Host is very quick in responses to questions and requests. “Perfect Bali Oasis”
We have just spent 3 weeks at Oasis and it really is just that. Fernando provided great communication and arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and take us to a supermarket to get supplies. The villa is situated just a few minutes drive from the beach in an area full of locals which we loved. The neighbours were all extremely helpful and friendly and even arranged a hire car for us at a much cheaper rate than we found elsewhere online, On entering the villa you are greeted with a lovely inviting pool which is just what you need after your trip. The living space is open but with plenty of shade and the bedrooms both have A/C. We loved the house so much we didn’t explore the area as much as we probably would normally but that was fine, it was such a great place to relax. If we go to Bali again we would certainly want to stay here again. 15 May 2014
